Magma meets 8 times a year. Each session is hosted by a member and facilitated by an experienced guide. The programme evolves around what’s needed, but always includes 
  • Hearing from expert thinkers in leadership and business
  •  Sharing challenges and insight as a group
  •  Regular 1:1 conversations to deepen the learning
  • Time and space to reflect
  • Sessions where your wider team joins you in the room

And every summer, we hold a two-day Residential.

  • Day 1- is just for leaders.
  • Day 2 - your team joins to share in the learning and plan what’s next.
